About Comelco INC 8(A)

COMELCO Inc was established in 1990, licensed in the state of Florida as a General and Electrical contractor. Our 21 years of success and longevity is due to the experience, professionalism, and dedication of the COMELCO Inc Senior Management Team.

Because of a strong customer base we have been able to expand outside of our home office in Central Florida to now four locations, one of which is in central Georgia.

Our ability to grow during an economic recession is proof of our strong financials and enhanced bonding capacity. Currently working on the State of Florida’s toll roads, handling all the requirements to remove all pay tolls and turn over to an electronic billing system, scheduled to be completed by 2014.

Also, we are working on two large federal projects valued approx. 3.5 million dollars for the United States Department of Defense. As an 8A and a Total Small-Business firm we can assist Contracting Officers to meet their contracting goals, and having DBE, MBE and LDB allows us to provide city and county requirements as well.

Project locations are not a concern at COMELCO Inc. because we own and pilot our own aircraft, it is available to us 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
